COVID-19 Parish Closure Updates
Updates on our Parish Closure & COVID 19
May 12th, Holy Trinity Parish Council held a "virtual meeting" to discuss beginning the planning phase for the re-opening of our parish. It must be stressed that we do not know when that will be, however, we along with our Diocesan Archbishop and the entire Diocese, feel it's best to be fully prepared when that time comes. A part of that process is to draft a plan of everything we will do to ensure the safety - to the best of our ability according to CDC guidelines - of our parish family and those who may come into our facility. This will include proper social distancing, limiting the number of people that can attend services, offering multiple services throughout the week, having dedicated people to "man the door" and usher people to their seats. We will also require masks, the use of hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the church, and thoroughly cleaning the church facility after each service. These are only part of the things to consider when making a plan to open our parish slowly, carefully, and in phases.
